La fonction de la MKS® Thorecta est basée sur le principe des 3 points. Les parties frontale et dorsale redressent la colonne vertébrale et la soulagent ainsi. La large pince thoracique entraîne une immobilisation encore plus importante grâce à la limitation supplémentaire de la flexion latérale et soulage ainsi l'ensemble de la zone de traitement. Une compression ciblée entre la crête iliaque et le thorax (effet noyau de cerise) permet d'obtenir un soulagement supplémentaire de la colonne lombaire.

Die Funktion der MKS® Thorecta basiert auf dem 3-Punkt-Prinzip. Front- und Rückenteil richten die Wirbelsäule auf und entlasten sie damit. Die breite Thoraxspange führt durch die zusätzliche Einschränkung der Lateralflexion zu noch höherer Immobilisierung und entlastet somit den gesamten Behandlungsbereich. Durch gezielte Kompression zwischen Beckenkamm und Thorax (Kirschkerneffekt) wird eine zusätzliche Entlastung der Lendenwirbelsäule erreicht.

Three-Point-Fixation

The MKS^® Thorecta functions according to the 3-Point-Principle. Front- and back piece straighten and hence relieve the vertebral column. The wide thorax support limits the lateral flexion of the spine to further immobilize and relieve the vertebral column. Focused compression between iliac crest and thorax relieves the lumbar vertebral column further.

Orthese ter ontlasting / correctie van de lumbale wervelkolom / thoracale wervelkolom in het sagittale en frontale vlak met mobilisatiefunctie door middel van een op- en afbouwmogelijkheid

De functie van de MKS® Thorecta is gebaseerd op het 3-puntsprincipe. De voorste en achterste secties strekken de wervelkolom en ontlasten zo de wervelkolom. De brede thoracale brace leidt tot een nog grotere immobilisatie door de extra beperking van de laterale flexie en ontlast zo het hele behandelgebied. Gerichte compressie tussen de bekkenkam en de borstkas (kersenpiteffect) zorgt voor extra ontlasting van de lumbale wervelkolom.

Il funzionamento di MKS® Thorecta si basa sul principio dei 3 punti. Le sezioni anteriore e posteriore raddrizzano la colonna vertebrale e quindi alleviano la pressione su di essa. L'ampio tutore toracico determina un'immobilizzazione ancora maggiore grazie all'ulteriore restrizione della flessione laterale, alleggerendo così l'intera area di trattamento. La compressione mirata tra la cresta iliaca e il torace (effetto nocciolo di ciliegia) offre un ulteriore sollievo alla colonna lombare.
